Price List and Minimum Stays

Between June 1st and 14th, the price is €150 per night, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. From June 15th to 30th, the price increases to €190 per night, maintaining the minimum stay of 7 nights.

During the first half of July (July 1st to 14th), the price is €240 per night, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Between July 15th and 31st, the price is €290 per night, also with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

In August, the price is €350 per night, requiring a minimum stay of 5 nights.

From September 1st to 6th, the price is €250 per night, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Between September 7th and 30th, the price is reduced to €150 per night, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

During October, the price is €100 per night during the week and €150 per night on weekends, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

From November to May, the price is €80 per night during the week and €100 per night on weekends, also requiring a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Reservation
• 30% deposit to confirm the reservation.
• Remaining payment due up to 30 days before check-in.

Cancellations
• More than 30 days before: full refund of the deposit.
• Between 15 and 30 days: deposit retained.
• Less than 15 days: 100% of the reservation will be charged.
