Near Serra de Montejunto, over 600 high you can feast with breathgtaking views of the Iberian mesetta. This small farm has over 200 fruit trees in an orchard that includes severes citrus trees such as Orange trees, Tangerine trees, lemon trees, but also walnut trees, pear trees, plum trees, apple trees (of several sorts) fig trees and persimmon trees. There also some kiwis planted and a small vineyard with table grade grapes.

The living ares are ditributed in four houses.

A yellow one near the wide gate (with number 1A in the photos) to the left of the main entrance. This house has a room, a living room with a small kitchen and a bathroom.

A little above the entrance the main house has a wide living and dining room right next to the barbecue and a fully function traditional brick oven. The house per se has two entrances. One throught the hallway which accesses the two main bedrooms and the living rooom. There's a bathroom at the end od the right end of the house and the other entrance is directly into the kitchen.

Further on the green house has a living room, two bedrooms, one kitchen and a bathroom.

Aside from these three there is a fouth house divided by a wall which separates it from the rest of the property. This house has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a separate small annex which can be used as storage. The wall also divides a plot of land all the way to the road (and main entrance - the small door with number 1) and has a separate entrance.

These four houses assure that separated environments are available for different time cycles derived from differerent family dynamics .

Under the main house there's also a wine cellar/bottle storage where some games are stored (ping pong table and a set of table football). There's a small WC there aswell.

Another division is also under the main house and it has some tools to preserve and maintain the property. Bathroom is also present in this space.

The biggest portion of land is to the West (although there is a small Orchard to the East) and includes two water reservoires with water pumps who can supply the house directly or just the equipments that drip water to the trees.
